I have seen Moonwatch Manor Reborn and am considering moving my haul to this house for the duration of my playthrough. My character's a slightly posh aristocratic mage who is siding with the Imperials during the Civil War, so I was looking for something inside the city. After browsing through some awesome lists by /u/TeaMistress, I was still slightly at a loss as to what the community thought about houses inside of the city of Solitude.
